So I decided that I should update this so people will read it.
Well because of all the rain we have had in the last couple weeks Nic didn't have to run his pivots last weekend. So we decided to go to the Cabin with Rick, Sari, Dustin and Chaz plus all the kids!
We had lots of fun chasing kids around and watching TV (it was raining there too). Seriously though it was fun to get away and relax.

Kaden has finally decided that he likes walking and so thats all he does now. Walk around and get into everything he couldn't reach while crawling, YAY! Which now means that my house gets ALOT messier because he can now walk around carrying his toys and distributing them evenly around the house. Now if he would just start talking...

Here are some pictures of the last few months, including our trip to California and Kadens birthday party.

I created the blog only to forget about it the next day, so here it is.

My baby boy turned 1! I can't believe that it has really been a year! I miss my little baby that I didn't have to chase around the house and pull off of and out of everything! He is a climber...but I love him anyway.

Nic is finished with planting but is now going full speed to keep everything running. I consider myself lucky if I see him home before 9 o'clock at night, and I have a full time job trying to get our yard looking decent, keeping up on the housework, and keeping track of a very mobile and curious 1 year old boy.
We also got a puppy, although she isn't little anymore, her name is Tinkerbell and she is a English Bulldog, and she is a handful to say the least. Rarely a day goes by that I am not frustrated by her in some way.
Her most recent disaster was chewing on the wiring for our air conditioning units (we have two because our house is layed out retarded) so the upstairs unit doesn't work, it would of course have to be the part of the house that needs it the most!

Our crazy life

So I finally caved and decided to do a blog. I figure that all the family and friends we have far away will appreciate it, and I like showing off my little boy too.

So far this year

In January we made a trip to California with Rick, Sari and the kids for the big Grand National Roadster show, and a little side trip to Disneyland. Kaden LOVED the characters at disney, he thought they were hilarious, especially mickey, who narrowly escaped kadens mouth. Then at the roadster show he slept most of the time, which turned out to be both good and bad, when we got to St. George he figured it was time to play till around 2 am.
Both were a blast and although I think that once Kaden is a little older he will enjoy both a little more, he was a real trooper, and only really broke down and screamed once we hit tremonton on the way home.
Also while we were there we visited the beach and the Peterson Automotive Museum.
I'll have to put some pictures on of Kaden at the beach, he wasn't very impressed with the water.
